Earth Porm

Definitely marked on my list

http://www.earthporm.com/28-magical-paths-begging-walked/

Tis the season of Joy (Merry Christmas)

Thankyou,
For this new day,
So much like yesterday and yet so very special.
Something wonderful can happen today.
I can find a new friend, reach out and help someone, or fill the hours with productive work and have a feeling of contentment and satisfaction.

Thankyou for breathing purpose into my day and making me aware of its importance.
Let it bring Joy and glory to you !!

Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favor my righteous cause...

For the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth;
It shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish what i please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which i sent it.

Exploring Transitions from Campus to Workplace

'Be sure when you step.
Step with care and great tact.
And Remember that life's a great balancing act.
Just never forget to be dexterous and deft.
And never mix up your right foot with your left.
And will you succeed?
Yes you will, indeed!
(98 and 3/4 percent guaranteed) Kid, you'll move mountains.'

'Either write something worth reading, or do something worth writing'

I hope to do both :)

The new poet's old favourite

You are like salt crystals falling on me.
I absorb you with ease taking you in more and more until we become an ocean of us

Instaaaaaaaagram

One Direction

From the moment I met you, everything changed
I knew I had to get you, whatever the pain
I had to take you and make you mine (take you and make you mine)

I would walk through the desert
I would walk down the aisle
I would swim all the oceans just to see you smile
Whatever it takes is fine (whatever it takes is fine)

Oh oh ohh oh
So put your hands up
Oh oh ohh oh
'Cause it’s a stand up
I won’t be leaving
‘Til I finish stealing
Every piece of your heart
Every piece of your heart

I know your heart's been broken but don’t you give up
I’ll be there, yeah I know it to fix you with love
It hurts me to think that you’ve ever cried (you’ve ever cried)

Oh oh ohh oh
So put your hands up
Oh oh ohh oh
'Cause it’s a stand up
I won’t be leaving
‘Til I finish stealing
Every piece of your heart
Every piece of your heart

Oh oh ohh oh
So put your hands up
Oh oh ohh oh
'Cause it’s a stand up
I won’t be leaving
‘Til I finish stealing
Every piece of your heart

And I will steal us a car
And we will drive to the stars.
I will give you the moon.
It’s the least I can do
If you give me the chance.

Oh oh ohh oh
So put your hands up
Oh oh ohh oh
'Cause it’s a stand up

(I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
You can call me a thief
(I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
But you should know your part

(I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
I’m only here
(I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
Because you stole my heart

Oh oh ohh oh (I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
So put your hands up
Oh oh ohh oh (I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
'Cause it’s a stand up
I won’t be leaving
'Til I finish stealing
Every piece of your heart

'Cause you stole my heart
(I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
Call me a thief
(I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
But you should know your part
(I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
I’m only here
(I’m a thief, I’m a thief)
Because you stole my heart

Facing the rough times

"When you are inspired by some great purpose, all your thoughts break their bonds; your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world...
Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and You discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be"

The Barclays Girl :)

I'm clumsy, yeah my head's a mess
'Cause you got me growing taller everyday
We're giants in a little man's world
My heart is pumping up so big that it could burst

Been trying so hard not to let it show

But you got me feeling like
I'm stepping on buildings, cars and boats
I swear I could touch the sky
So they all know that we ain't ever coming down

Ohhh
I'm ten feet tall

I'll be careful, so don't be afraid
You're safe here, no, these arms won't let you break
I'll put up a sign in the clouds

You build me up
Make me what I never was
You build me up
From nothing into something
Yeah, something from the dust

Been trying so hard not to let it show

But you got me feeling like
I'm stepping on buildings, cars and boats
I swear I could touch the sky

Ohhh
I'm ten feet tall

Greeting from Frnds

OK, good morning greetings from Barclay's. We wish you all the very best for the selection process. Although we have already made up our mind to select you, still there are some suggestions that may help.
1.Be super happy and prepare with all that you have got today. You are going to crack both the companies for sure.
2. Headless kurti looks good but it is advisable to select out of the two business dress options sent to you by mail. And not waste much time thinking about it.
We wish you a wonderful day where you will bring all the happiness to keep you flying for the next two days. :)

Best Day !!

Shortlisted fr Barclay's n SAP :)
Its Diwali fr me !!

She Will Be Loved

Beauty queen of only eighteen
She had some trouble with herself
He was always there to help her
She always belonged to someone else

I drove for miles and miles and wound up at your door
I've had you so many times but somehow I want more

I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile
And she will be loved
And she will be loved

Tap on my window, knock on my door
I want to make you feel beautiful
I know I tend to get so insecure
It doesn't matter anymore

It's not always rainbows and butterflies
It's compromise that moves us along, yeah
My heart is full and my door's always open
You come anytime you want, yeah.

I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved

I know where you hide alone in your car
Know all of the things that make you who you are
I know that goodbye means nothing at all
Comes back and begs me to catch her every time she falls

Yeah

Tap on my window knock on my door
I want to make you feel beautiful

I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain, oh.
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved

[in the background:]
Please don't try so hard to say goodbye
Please don't try so hard to say goodbye

Yeah, yeah.

I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain

Please don't try so hard to say goodbye

Amazon On its way

What are the 3 things Jeff Bezos- (CEO Amazon) looks in a person before hiring him/her

Amazon has forever changed the way people shop online, but it wasn't always the juggernaut that it is today. In fact, once upon a time it was just a tiny startup with a big vision. So, how did it end up as the giant online retailer that it is now?

It's hard to say, but one thing founder Jeff Bezos was very intentional about was how he hired for the company. In fact, in his 1998 letter to shareholders, just four years after Amazon was founded, Bezos wrote, "It would be impossible to produce results in an environment as dynamic as the Internet without extraordinary people… Setting the bar high in our approach to hiring has been, and will continue to be, the single most important element of Amazon.com's success."

Since then, Bezos has charged his hiring managers to hire based on three critical measures. And if you were to ask him, it's these questions that have made all the difference.

1. Will you admire this person?

Bezos' first benchmark was about admiration. He wanted hiring managers to admire the people they were bringing on to their teams, not just the other way around. Bezos extrapolated that admiration meant that this was a person who could be an example to other and who others could learn from. From this criterion alone, the standard for hiring is kept sky high.

2. Will this person raise the average level of effectiveness of the group they're entering?

The goal for new hires, according to Bezos, is to elevate the company. Rather than having apathy grow as the company grew, he envisioned that each new hire would fight instead of contribute to entropy. Or, in his own words, "The bar has to continuously go up. I ask people to visualize the company five years from now. At that point, each of us should look around and say, 'The standards are so high now--boy, I'm glad I got in when I did!'"

3. Along what dimensions might this person be a superstar?

The last (and quirkiest) thing Bezos seeks from new hires is a distinctive skill or interest to contribute to the company's culture and help cultivate a fun and interesting workplace. And it doesn't have to be related to the job--he gives the example of one employee who is a National Spelling Bee champion. While there's a lot to be said for being well-rounded, it's the pointy ones that Bezos wants.

It's been over 15 years since Bezos wrote about these hiring goals, but given Amazon's success, his advice is certainly worth considering. So, if you're interested in growing your team, first get a grip on your company culture and embed it into your hiring process. Then it's ultimately about finding a way to keep hiring standards high in whatever way resonates with your hiring managers. While you may not want to adopt Amazon's entire hiring philosophy, it's certainly worth picking up a trick or two from Bezos. If Amazon's success is any indication, he clearly knows what he's doing.

Modi Enthralled the world at Madison Square

Narendra Modi’s Madison Square Garden reception, speech
September 28, 2014

Modi leaving Madison Square Garden after the speech.
The speech is over, and the prime minister is leaving the podium.

Grand announcement: “all PIO card holders to get lifetime visa, they will not have to report at police stations in India anymore, if on an extended visit to India. All PIO and OCI cards to be merged.” Huge applause.

Long term visas for Americans and visa on arrival for them soon.

“Gandhi also lived abroad; he came back to India in 1915, next year marks 100th year of that visit.”

“I have a vision, in 2022, on India’s 75 anniversary, I have a dream and vision to have housing for all.

“Gandhi gave us independence… So on the 150th year of Gandhi’s birth anniversary, in 2019, we want to give a clean India for him.”

Crowd on their feet when he says he became the prime minister by selling tea, will work for small people. He says he thinks of doing big things for small people – by building more toilets in India. He has been saying this everywhere, at the UN and a meet at the Central Park on Saturday. Got him a huge response every time.

Modi talks at length of India’s youth, of Mars mission, and says India’s youth will rule the world.

Modi pays tribute to Bhagat Singh; talks of Sikhs serving in the army; loud chants of “Sat Sri Akal.”

The English translations on giant screen is not great. Modi says now all Indians in America feel they should keep one foot in India. Translation: all Indians want to stay in Gujarat, in India.”

Now another quip, to loud applause: “since I took over the responsibility of PM, I have not taken vacation for 15 minutes. Some of the Democrats in crowd must be squirming think of the number of vacations Obama has taken. Was that an intentional dig at Obama?”

Modi’s best quip so far: “ our ancestors played with snakes but now India plays with a mouse when asked in China years ago if India was still a country of snake charmers.

Modi has already met all the US elected officials in the morning.

Greets people on Navratri.

He starts his speech saying “Bharat mata ki” and crowd finishes it swing “JAI.”

Kavita Jrishnamurthy sings the Indian national anthem Modi sings along.

Now cries of “Bharat mata ki jai”

Surprise at maybe Modi request the US national anthem is being again

Deafening now!

Crescendo increases rock star Modi is here !

Chants of “Modi, Modi!” as all the legislators wait on stage for Modi to come to join for Indian national anthem. Everybody in crowd also standing.

Modi in the house — coming after Anjali World, daughter of Billionaire Vivek Ranadive sings US national anthem.

Loudest cheer for Gov. Nikki Haley. And for Ami Bera and Tulsi Gabbard.

Haley looks businesslike in a jacket and knee length skirt.

Congressmen being felicitated and loud chants of “USA, USA” ring out. Loud applause for Reps. Sheila Jackson Lee and Joe Crowley.

Loud boos from the crowd as emcee Hari Sreenivasan announces that Gov. Bobby Jindal could not be here but sends his best wishes.

When Prime Minister Modi walks in, these balloons in the colors of the India flag will descend from the ceiling.

A panoramic view of the crowd inside Madison Square Garden.
At the topmost tier on the 9th floor. MSG is the home of the Knicks. Their championship banners overlook the stage, where dancers in resplendent costumes make their moves to the song Malang from Dhoom 3. a.

Kavita Krishnamurthy, accompanied by L Shankar, renders songs.

A lovely looking Nina Davukuri introduces the artists rendering the cultural programs as in between performance chants of “Modi, Modi, Modi” render the air.

On giant screens, there is a flow of tweets from Indians inside and outside.

#Modi in America . Unity . Action Progress. Theme on the giant screens. Synchronizes with a laser show and images from Google Earth.

Inside there is huge excitement near the lower tier people where people suddenly get up and chant “Modi, Modi, Modi” as they think the PM has arrived.

-Modi is the leader of the world

The local Experience !!

2.5 million people travel by the Central line everyday, and 2.7 million by the Western line. And it seems all 2.7 million always want to get into the same blooming train as you.

When the train pulls in at the station the commuters seem to pile in half a mile before the train stops. They have to, if they want space to fit both their legs.

. Then don't get up. On the way back, you can have the pleasure of sneering at the five guys standing on your toes.

If you think I'm exaggerating come and help me look for my shoe which I lost today getting off at Andheri.

Hahahaha :D

And the worst part is, the railway department actually fines you if you do a good deed and create a little more space for everyone by not buying a ticket. How the hell do they expect you to fit a railway pass into those compartments?

You think I'm joking? I started wearing lenses because there was no space for my glasses in there.

My experience with local ws EPIC tooo

BY deccan queen @7:15 in the mng to reaching Dadar at 10:30
Catching a local fr Andheri and then a rickshaw fr Juhu
The journey never seemed tiring as we we're heading fr our first BE project meet at CDAC

Happy food
Happy discussions
And you getting the feeling of 'having the best project to work on fr the coming year'

But that ws not IT
Asking 30+autos to take us back to Andheri but not a single bastard agreed
Sry fr my words but yes that ws the frustration u go thru when it is raining in Mumbai and u have 3 ppl sharing the same umbrella

CST station
Catching the Sayadri Express
And wowo the general dabba and the ladies overcrowding it with their kids of all sizes
We grabbing the upper seats (πhankfully) and to the best of our ability sitting with our legs crossd

Aahhhh
Cud we pee? nO
Cud we drink water? nO
OHfo this ws going to be challenging i told my mind
But it ws the only feeling of going home and hitting the bed that kept us going

Aunties eating channa
Bhabhijis fighting fr seats kids crying their throat out
Didis playing Candy Crush

And wen u look down ur seat
U dnt have a place to even keep 1 feet..
Cognizant TCS gals standing fr 4-5hrs to just go home n spend weekend with family fr ganpati

There a rage all over
My heart hovering with all kind of expression
A night to remember whr u reach home by 12:30 and Misal pav at 1

But a whole Mumbai day that tells you that u hv a bettr life than 1.5 million pppl and u can make it even more better if you jus take big risks nowwww

Will i be posting this after a few weeks

Ah, what an experience it has been joining a company which literally runs the computing world. People who believe in “God”s might even compare the company to the fictitious Vishnu, preserver of this world. Once you get to know the number of products and the gamut of fields covered by them, you will be astonished. There is no field that has been left untouched by Microsoft. And now, here I am. Working for the very same.

I am starting with my 3rd week here tomorrow, and although no specific work has been assigned, the orientation has been a lot of fun. Microsoft’s private conference MGX (Microsoft Global Exchange) beckons us and a trip to the USA is the last thing anyone has to make in less than a month of joining.

The Night before the Interview

I know l attract thrills... But dint know it will be a super sonic roller coaster just a night before the 'DREAM INTERVIEW'
So I have to reach Symbiosis by 5
Its raining :(
And besttt part can find my raincoat
Go down come up find again :p

Hahaha..
This is just the beginning
Not finding my frnd at the decided place---- "Waiting!!"

Reaching the Vishwabhawan and what do i seeeeee 'a locked door- saying entry not allowed'

My conviction and charm taking lead and i allow 20 ppl to enter the gate

Then motivating everyone fr a morcha- 'We HAVE to go inside the auditorium' no mattterrr what

(**Leadership **)

Listening the amazing 'life mein cool banke problem solve karne ka seminar' and 7:30 my heart starts pumping
Ohhhhh a greater than IIM opportunity awaits tmrw and i am here... 'RUN Kaake' you need 6 more hours

Eat?
Sleep?
Play before the interview? :pppp I WANT tooo

and finallyyy the rush in the parking
The 5Rs udhari and running fr ur life

Its dark and rainy again
No street lights and the pain to drive

But i have this amazing bright fieryy light burning inside me ..
Which is screamingggg that you are a warrior
Crack it
Nail it
Hail it.....

Beautiful mornings...
I tried the 'formals'
and it was not just the dress i wore, but the sparkling eyes that shone and the beautiful smile that roar...
The Company gets to be lucky if i give them more ;)

eBay... This can be done

Sometimes the sound of a thousand whispering words
Of hope will reassure, show me the future

Will see us joined together
If the oceans split or the mountains sigh
Then I will keep on dreaming

I live to dream again

Don't be afraid if you're descending
The deepest despairs without a handrail to guide you
Sometimes the sound
Of a thousand whispering words can confuse

But when you're sleeping
They shift and slide together
Bring meaning to the canyon's cry
So I, I keep on dreaming

I live to dream again

Sometimes the sound of a thousand whispers
Are where you live a little fear but feel the future
Well, I feel us dream together
I feel no fear, I feel no fire
Oh, I, I keep on dreaming

As....I live to dream again.....

There are little eyes upon you
and They are watching night and day.

There are little years that quickly take in every word you say.

There are little hands all eager
to do anything you do;

And a little girl who's dreaming of the day she'll be like you.

You are the little fellow's idol,
You are the wisest of the wise.

In her little mind about you,
No suspicion ever rise.

She believes in you devoutly,
holds all that you say and do;

There's a wide eyed little fellow
who believes you are always right..

And you are setting an example
everyday in all you do,
For the little girl who's waiting
to GROW UP TO BE LIKE YOU !!

If I Were 22 - My Top 8 Job Hunting Tips

For-
Young professionals who are trying to enter the professional world and pave the way for the rest of their careers.

Determine your own destiny - Life doesn’t happen to you, you make life happen. Think about what your goals are and start driving toward them now. Don’t wait… life’s too short.

Always bring a resume - Yes, I am sure they’ve seen it via email, I am sure they’ve already looked you up on social media, but bringing a resume shows a potential employer so much more than just your experience. It shows that you plan ahead, that you come prepared, that you’ve anticipated meeting other people who haven’t seen your background and much more. At our company, if you don’t bring a resume, the interview stops right there.

Have options - It never hurts to have options. Interview at a handful of companies so you understand what you want and where you fit in. Get a few offers and compare them side-by-side. You’ll meet people who you will run into throughout your career.

Go with your gut - If it feels right, go for it. If you like your potential boss, co-workers, company and product, accept the job. If it doesn’t, don’t. But be sure to understand why, so you can target opportunities that are a better fit for you moving forward. For me, I accepted the first job offers I received for the first two jobs in my career pretty much on the spot. When I finished the interview processes, it felt right, so I went with my gut. I am still confident now that I made the right decisions.

Don’t be a job hopper - Employers are looking for people that are hard working, committed and dedicated. When someone hops from job to job, year after year, it makes you think that the person is unable to ride the ups and downs that come with the challenges professionals face every day. It’s perceived even worse if you don’t stick it out for a year. The ideal time to stay at a job is 3-5 years.

Love what you do - You spend more time at work than you do with your friends and family, so it’s important to enjoy it. This is so important to me that it’s one of my personal core values and one of the values of my company. When you love what you do, it doesn’t seem like work, and you’ll be more successful because you’re passionate.

Be open - Your first job won’t be the most glamorous job you’ll ever have. You’ll likely have to start at the bottom and prove yourself. In order to get the job of your dreams you have to start somewhere. When you get into a company you love, work hard, prove yourself, gain experience and have success stories. It’ll pay off when you’re interviewing for a promotion or for your next job. My first job was selling Yellow Page ads, and I am referring to the actual book. It was tough, I cold called, I met in person, and I went door to door. I ended up outperforming my co-workers and had a ton of success. It’s still a great story I tell about my professional development and “earning my stripes” in the sales world.

Make friends with your co-workers - It’s important to have fun where you work and to build genuine relationships. As you move on in your career, it’s beneficial to keep in touch with people you’ve worked with in the past. Most people stay in the same industry, cross paths and do business together in the future.

A gift for a new beginning...

Its better to PainT than FainT

LUCK

She worked by day
And toiled by night.
She gave up play
And some delight.
Dry books she read,
New things to learn.
And forged ahead,
Success to earn.
She plodded on with
Faith and pluck;
And when she won,
Men called it LUCK!!

'The Deloitte Day'- #bestDay

'The deloitte Day'

10:00 am- i was supposed to go to the TNP office and know 'what work i should do today as a Volunteer for deloitte, and help them with the recruitment process..

still not aware that 'this will turn into one of the best of my life ;)

U meet two Hot Gorgeous ladies in the TNP office and realize 'work can be fashionably fun too' ;)

we get our Tags and we are 'on duty' .. from allocation of rooms- to spreading the sheets to arranging more rooms felt lyk - 'Ahh Organization is $exxy to handle'

Oh Yes, Then attending the pre placement talk, knowing so much about the company::: but ma mind can't resist popping questions and firing at the, hahaha
But they were so amazed with the questions that it made me win a deloitte goodie :)

Rohini Mam calling me , to know the whereabouts++++++
Santosh Sir asking if he should get the tea and coffee now?
i was truly organizing the process of this kind fr the first time in my life and off course i had a team with me
'U never realize that a small opportunity like this ends up giving you a chance to play all thee roles in life at once-
like - A Team Leader, An Event Handler, A Motivator for the students, A smiling company to the HR guys, A decision maker and above alll a smart ass who goes to her lab at the most appropriate time, gets print-outs for 3 Assignments -checked- Signed and understanding what i missed in the PCD ws smthng i should be proud about 'yayyyyy

And the results were out, they selected 16- Me and My TNP officer,overjoyed... giving a high- five in front of the Director and giving them a pen to sign the memorandum #what-a-timing

In the end, what truly gives you a bright smile on your face is 'they all wanting to know -whether you are placed and why not being a part of their company?'

All wanting to 'Shake your hand'.. blew my head and it ws then where i understood 'The Most Charming Gal award i received in my 12th std farewell' was worthy ;)

Waving them, standing by the side of Rohini Mam is inexpressible !! And an amazing lady like her being grateful to you for the work you did jus makes a happy + content gal by the end of the day!!

but was it the end?
Naahhh
i had to more to come in my kitty
Met an old frnd, who recently visited Ohio and we discussd about his new ideas-patents-visualization and on on n on

I am sure Nobody will courageously come this down to read but i have to mention it- 'Giving the deloitte gift to Neeraji- my art of living teaher' was the most spcl moment of my life!!!

Thinking About Thinking

I Wonder how i can trick my brain into remembering stuff ??''!;!;!-#?#+?#

If you really want to learn, and learn more quickly and more deeply, apay attention to how you pay attention. Think about how you think. learn How you learn...

The trick is to get your brain to see the new material you're learning as Reallyy Important. Crucial to your well being. As important as a tiger. Otherwise, you're in a constant battle, with your brain doing its best to keep the new content from sticking.

Life flowing with opportunities and Responsibilities *#*$

This about the day (27th June) when you sleep @ 3:3am  and you proudly finish the Microsoft Student Associate Work with so much efforts in so less time.. Sleep with your mouth open (as you are tired) and miss your favourite badminton class in the morning just to look alive when you meet the Cummins Delegates from USA..

A day so fullfilling and Thrilling
A day to remember

A day when you perform instead of being sick

Meeting the US delegates was a lifetime Experience, Asking them questions with your charismatic approach and they acknowledging you by saying 'A VERY GOOD QUESTION' just made my day

I thought about having a GD for my Literary Club and look what i experience- A GD with the Delegates (HR, Finance, Marketing) from US
And then you try to conclude the GD by briefing all the points talked about and asking if there is any scope of Internships for MY COLLEGE as we require global exposure :)

Then just like the name says
Gave my 'FIRSt Walk-in Interview' without any prep- going there and being myself

I hope the Entrepreneurship department will love my presence

The leadership roles have always awed me and will continue to do so..

And after a hectic day - you still take your friend to a place she always wanted to see
The smile on ger face was rewarding and gave me an inexpressible satisfaction

Coming home and making your parents happy and cracking jokes with ur lil sisters- helpiw them with homework just made my day complete !!!!!

So Training Placement Responsibilities and Placement Opportunities are paving my way for a bright Future

Thursday, 26 June 2014

Well this comes from the day when i was startled to know about the 'Cummins Purdue fellowship program'
I was wondering, why did i not ponder upon this BEFORE.. A 90+ lakh scholarship and a fully funded program
The best part being- They do not desire a person who wants to be a core developer in life but who enjoys management and is Smart and strategic in her approach::
Doesnt that look like- 'They are searching a girl like ME'
But its never too late..
GRE score 310
Lets give it a try

As you have a backup plan; you know that no matter what, if only my pinky words, I can still pull something off.

And this month has brought a world of opportunities for me..
1. E- leader Interviews
2. Learning foreign language
3. Literary Club :: deciding its events
4. Getting selected for Cummins Usa interaction
5. Google I/0 event and lots more to make my life reallyyy the best of all

To find my area of interest before PLACEMENTS

No matter how interesting the world around you look like…but the most enjoyable thing would be to find out your area of interest. A subject, studying which you will lose the track of time…

You’ll start at 6pm someday, and next moment I will call you to tell it is past 10pm…!! ( it’ll feel as if it was just a moment..)

That feeling will be the bestest…!!!

Nothing in this world can be compared to that…

That subject is waiting for you to come and explore… that feeling is waiting to come your way…

You need to strive…Strive to find the best feeling in the world..!

My Way of Improving the dreaded 'vocabulary' \m/

'In the course of elections, we all gathered in the town hall to study and observe the resurgence of ‘The Great Tanya’, which was depicted through a presentation. (Revival)

It was difficult to decipher the real meaning behind this resurrection, but this complaisant girl had done nothing less than wonders.
(decode/deduce)….(revival)….(inclined/obliging/agreeable or gracious)

People started canvassing for her victory.
(Trying to persuade people to vote for that person/ campaign/ solicit)

And because of this overwhelming support, she smartly started handling the insurgence from the opposing party. (Rebellion/revolt/dissent)

During rallies, the opposition struggled with themselves, as they pondered how to broach the topic of corruption, violence, etc that happened during their ruling time. (Bring up a topic/open up/speak of/interpose)

(About opposition continued()
Unable to censor the ill-activities, it lead to killing of men in various duels. (Ban/selectively remove)….. (Duel- formal fight between 2 people in which they use guns or swords in order to settle a quarrel)

It was barmy of them to believe that these mundane mishaps would not take the form of big violent battles. (silly/foolish)….. (worldly/common/ordinary)….(accidents/bad luck)

Out of this forego neglect is where the rise of ‘The Great Tanya’ came into existence as she travelled/traveled the country to minister to the needs /administer the needs of the people all around.
[Travelled- journey on a trip or tour
Traveled- experienced in travel
Minister- serve
Administer- manage an organization or effort / render]

During her struggle, she did not inculpate anyone for what they did but on the contrary worked hard to exonerate those who were not responsible for doing something wrong and were behind the bars.
(Blame/accuse/charge)….. (Free from guilt or blame) Relation- antonym

Also this young gun (Tanya :P) strongly eschewed the use of weapons or any illegal archery to solve disputes. (To abstain /keep away)

Thus in no time, the people of the country espoused her ideas.
(If you espouse a particular belief, you become very interested in it and give your support to it).

In spite of the constant revolts by the opposition, she clung tenaciously to her ideas and beseeched the public to unite, therefore cut out on the violent activities.
(A tenacious memory – highly retentive
Tenacious grip on my arm- firm hold )
(beseeched- crave/appeal/request…… if you beseech someone to do something, you ask them very eagerly and anxiously)

This bespeaks a kindly heart. (to show/indicate)
She had the power to conflate the dissenting voices and thus finally emerged as a LEADOR. (to fuse into one entity/ merge)

A more careful perusal of the presentation shown to us yields this conclusion. (the act of survey)

"In the midst of SUMMER, i found there was within me an invincible WINTER...."
Time was for some retro and intr0-- spection.
it just reminded me, that we really don't discover how powerful and resilient we are until we face some adversity that fills our minds with stress and our hearts with pain.

In reference to my John Deere aptitude-technical test on 28th March and the IIT-Bombay on 27th March video conferencing (discussing question paper).... i realized something very important!!

Through all the scheduling, planning wagera wagera and the little work i did in college, i forgot giving quality time for studying.
Though i used to be so good in maths, but why was i so helpless during my tests?????

Inspiration is fickle and difficult. We all strive for those bright "Aha!" moments, whether we work in a creative or logical field.

But for those moments, brushing up the skills is very very important .
Regular interest in database, c programming, java, etc can lead me to a more confident path :D

HAPPY REALIZATION joy !!!!

Also, after all these self created setbacks, handling the BE Farewell on the very same day from decorating the stage, working on the technical difficulties, bringing 130 mind you kilograms of Noodles, having MAGGI at Suhmita's place, coming back to college, welcoming the seniors, serving food, eating cupcakes and ice-creme.... superb team work- in the most synchronised wayyyyy.... and finally dancing my heart out with my gang, giving them lot of food so that they could be self-sufficient at night!!
i love my panel- they bring out the best in me.....

so, ALL IN ALL.. Life's greater setbacks always reveal life's biggest blessings....

LOOOOK DEEP INTO NATURE....and then you will understand everything better!!

There a difference between simply existing and truly living.....

There is a difference between simply surviving and really thriving...

"Today i could feel that
The beautiful leaves , the soothing winds and the calmness around..
After so much of busy time all the way, the simple act of sitting in the wooden park and listening to the wind    move through the leaves filled my heart with a sense of quiet and peace..

My priorities became clearer,  my obligations seemed less pressing and MY MIND GReW STILLLLLLL...

what do i learn??
These surroundings serve to stifle the endless chatter that fills our minds so that our true brilliance can be liberated
SUPERBbbb Gal...
Its your presentation tomorrow (#m-commerce)
Go Rock ittttt (#nudge)

From this...To this!!

“At the age of Six I wanted to become a Doctor, At Seven I wanted to become Einstein. And my ambition has been growing steadily ever since…….
Do We remember?
We had dreams!
We wanted to go to places
We wanted to do stuff….
                And there was more-------------------à
                We were creative
                We explored
We did everything We wanted to

Soooooooooooo What happened??
                Did We meet “REALITY”
We were not good enough
Everyone made fun of Our dreams
Study hard= get a job

Is this really WHAT WE WANT??
Running even faster, Feeling more pressure,Exhausted??

What can be the regrets while dying then//??
I did not spend enough time with people I love
I did not do work that I really enjoy
I did not make a difference
Hmmmm…….
So what SHOULD we do???

LIFE IS A JOURNEY… Make it frickin’ SPECTACULAR!!”

This is my start.... the START of something new and wonderful.... I don't know where it takes me(??).. as i have ample of paths ON MY WAY... but JOY will enJOY all the wayyyyyyy.....!!
